Positive: Good location.
Negative: Overall, the hotel is quite run-down. The walls are cracked, the air conditioner isn’t working, the fire smoke detector in the room is broken, the toilet paper holder and other fixtures are barely hanging on due to wear and tear, there’s a musty smell in the building, and the room is a bit chilly (though there was a heater in the room, which only started warming the space on the second night). However, the bedding was clean, and the room was tidy, despite the dirty armchairs and bedspread. There is no soundproofing—you can hear everything the neighbors are doing, and even though we were on the top floor, we could clearly hear doors slamming on the first floor. We liked the good location and the convenient self-check-in process.
Summary: If you just need a place to sleep, anywhere will do.

Positive: Reasonable price. Very good location for me, bicycle tour and on route.
Negative: The smell from toilet/shower-room was not good. Woth door closed and window open slightly no problem.
